Volunteer Drivers Needed for the Islands

Volunteer Drivers willing to transport elders and persons with disabilities to and from medical appointments, grocery shopping, or other personal and family needs. Trips are scheduled in advance, and usually involve driving from Grand Isle County to locations in St. Albans or the Burlington area. A mileage reimbursement is available.

Must have valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a good driving record. Must allow agency to submit volunteer's name to the Adult Protective Services, elder abuse registry.
