Volunteer with sewing skills needed to create small lap-size sensory quilts for children receiving services through Lund's adoption program. Studies show that sensory quilts help a child feel grounded and safe. Looking for someone that can be creative with patterns, textures, and design. Multiple fabrics and fillings of rice, beans, or popcorn are needed. Excellent opportunity for those who want to work on projects at home on their own time.
