Volunteer Opportunity Details:

The Junior Senior Buddy program is offered to children currently involved in our After-School Program. Children ages 5-10 have the opportunity to develop a special one-on-one relationship with an adult volunteer who share similar interests. Senior and Junior Buddies are matched for at least one year and spend 2-4 hours a week together. The day and time are left to the discretion of the Senior Buddy, Junior Buddy and their family. The goal of the program is to establish a meaningful bond through creative, nurturing and fun activities. Interview, references and criminal background check required of all volunteers. Training provided.
