Volunteer Opportunity Details:

A volunteer is needed to act as a crew leader for small groups (10-12) of volunteers building low-income housing at sites in Chittenden County. Leader needs to be familiar with carpentry/building and willing to direct the group in the completion of particular tasks. This involves some teaching and good interpersonal skills. Some volunteers are skilled, others need direction and instruction. 8 hours a week on Saturdays and/or Wednesdays, but even one day a month would be welcome. There is some flexibility.
