Support fathers of young children to be the best dads they can be, by spending time in our F.A.C.T program (Fathers and Children Together). Tuesdays from 5-7:30 dads and children gather to eat and play together and twice a month, dads gather to discuss parenting topics. The program also goes on monthly field trips to explore low-cost options for family fun in our community. Volunteers build relationships with young children and foster their creative play. The program focuses on children connecting with their fathers and fathers with each other. Volunteers can come weekly for the entire program, for part of the evening or just twice a month. Application, interview and background check required. Volunteers should have experience with young children and/or an interest in young children's play and development.
