El Centro Comunal Latino (CCL) is a grassroots, community-based organization that seeks to provide an accessible and safe space for all Latinos, with a focus on Spanish-speaking people, to find information, access to resources and a place to hold community events.

El Centro Comunal Latino also seeks to promote communication and understanding among service agencies and the Latino community in order to facilitate their integration and encourage active Latino(a) participation in the greater Bloomington community (Monroe County).
