Description:
We are an out-patient hospice agency. Our office is located in Bloomington. Our coverage area includes the counties of Monroe, Morgan, Brown, Greene, Orange, Owen, Lawrence, Martin, Davies, Washington,Jackson,and Bartholomew. Our volunteers provide non-medical support to our patients and their families which include friendly visits, running errands, or a specialty need such as minor home repair. Other volunteer options are office volunteers,volunteers that due activities with are patients in ECF's and home settings, and much more.

History:
Our office opened in Bloomington in 2002. Our company is based out of Alabama and began in 1995. We are the third largest hospice in the country.
