Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Assistant will work closely with Executive Director and may not have any direct contact with counselors.

Tasks may include maintaining websites, correspondence, coordinate fund raising activities and community outreach, provide immediate administrative support to ED, take minutes, and prepare documents.

Assistants must be proficient in Microsoft Office, be able to type and write legibly.

Volunteers working closely with Executive Director and Client Services Director may have access to confidential documents, so a high level of integrity and confidentiality is expected.

Prior secretarial or receptionist experience is preferred and must be willing to complete training.
