Georgia Close Up, the local branch of the Close Up Foundation based in Washington, D.C., is a non-profit organization devoted to encouraging active citizen participation in the democratic process so that youth can have a practical understanding of how public policy affects their lives and how they too can affect public policy. Georgia Close Up is looking for a graphic designer to assist with promotional materials including but not limited to creating a brochure, updating the website, and designing a new logo.

Requirements:
• Mastery with standard design tools including, but not limited to, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, as well as Dreamweaver, Front Page, and HTML code, or equivalent programs
• Ability to bring your creativity and imagination to a professional environment
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to meet with Georgia Close Up staff on a regular basis
