Energy. Idealism. A desire to change the world. Are we speaking your language? Then there's a place for you in Hands On Atlanta AmeriCorps.

Hands On Atlanta Americorps is an opportunity for people like you who are ready to stop complaining about the world and start changing it. Spend an incredible 10 months in Atlanta's schools teaching, mentoring and serving students while developing your own leadership potential. And when it's all over, you can keep developing your potential with a $4,725 education award after completing your term of service.

Here's your chance. We're looking for Hands On Atlanta Americorp members and Team Leaders for the July 2007 - June 2008 service term. Read on to see where you fit in.

Service Leader Positions: Hands On Atlanta Americorps seeks members with a commitment to community service and education. For serving in Atlanta schools, you'll receive a $270 weekly living stipend, health insurance and childcare assistance if eligible, plus a $4,725 education award upon completion of the program.

Team Leader Positions: If you're age 22 or older and looking for a unique leadership challenge, you can serve as a Hands On Atlanta AmeriCorps Team Leader. You'll lead a team of Service Leaders serving in Atlanta schools, plus receive a $320 weekly living stipend, health insurance and childcare assistance if eligible, plus a $4,725 education award upon completion of the program.
