Program Description: Project Empty Bowls strives to bring the issues of Homelessness, Hunger and Poverty to the Georgia State University Community in hopes of propelling participants to take a stand within their communities to address these social justice issues. Through open discussion, Interactive Games, Performances and Guest Speakers attendees will be continuously engaged, hopefully leaving the event with valuable information to share with others.


Date: Wednesday, January 21, 2009   Place: Court Salon  Time: 4:30pm-6:30pm

Event Will Consist of:
1) Poetry Reading
2) Guest Speaker
3) Dinner/Silent Auction
4) Vocal Performance
