The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) is committed to providing meaningful and satisfying volunteer opportunities for anyone 55 and older.

Description:
RSVP gives you the opportunity to choose from over 200 different agencies within the Kent County area, giving you the chance to do what you've always dreamed of doing when you grew up!

RSVP gives you the opportunity to choose the choice of service you would like to do as well as the amount of time you would like to spend volunteering.

History:
The program started in 1973 and there are 21 RSVP programs throughout MI.

There are currently over 1,000 RSVP volunteers in Kent County that serve over 200 agencies.

In 2008, these volunteers donated over 300,000 hours of service in Kent County.
