The mission of Grandville Senior Neighbors is to enhance the lives of seniors 60 and overwhile allowing them to be independent in their homes and active in their community.
Description:
The Grandville Senior Neighbors Center provides essential services to seniors 60 & over, which allows them to remain independent in their homes and active in their community. These include such services as on-site meals, home delivered meals, social activities such as line dance, kitchen band, bible study, bingo, games and cards as well as legal and tax assistance, transportation services, and support and referral services.
History:
Senior neighbors has been in business for over 30 years and has 5 sites to provide services to seniors. These include Downtown Grand Rapids, Sparta, Walker, Grandville, and Lowell. They have been a vital part of providing services for senior. The case workers, outreach workers and Home Chore Workers help them receive the services they need.
