Wrap Around
Wrap Around assists family's in many ways. It is a strength based planning process. Instead of focusing on a family's weakness, we focus on strengths and built on them to meet individual family goals. We work with families who have been referred to our program by Communty Mental Health, Department of Human Services, and the Court System.
Description:
A crutial component of our program is matching at risk teens with a mentor who can be a consistent positive role model.
