Position title: Administrative Coordinator
Description: Job Description:
  1. Goal: Identify and contact agencies in the community that provide various assistance to non-profit organizations. Tell them about MAAW and ask for information about their programs and services.

  2. Tasks:
(a) Identify organizations, make telephone calls and record all the findings to be provided to committee members.
(b) Create a contact list database, and schedule appointments for committee members as directed.

  1. Goal: Prepare a flier listing goals and objectives of different committees, and prepare letters to be sent to various refugee resettlement organizations introducing our services to them.

  2. Tasks:
(a) Draft and design a flier with the appropriate MAAW committee
(b) Address and mail fliers using the created contact lists

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Excellent telephone and customer relation skills
Dependability
High level of accuracy
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Excellent interpersonal relationships
Enjoying working with individuals from different ethnic backgrounds
Experience working with not-for-profit organization is a plus
