Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Come share the mission of Blandford with the community in a hands-on way. Teach and inform the public about the resources available at Blandford. Learn about all aspects of Blandford from historical to gardening to wildlife education. We are seeking friendly, polite, and responsible volunteers to greet visitors and answer general Nature Center questions. Volunteer will be in the Visitor Center working at the Front Desk answering main phone-line.

Hours available M-F (one day a week/month) in the morning (9am-1pm) or afternoon (1pm-5pm). Flexible hours, based on individuals availability. (open for discussion) Must be able to interact with the public, take initiative in conversation, clearly communicate information. Training will be required.
