The Kent County Tax Coalition is providing a new tax site to assist low-income families in the Lowell area to receive much-needed tax refunds and credits. Volunteer tax preparers are needed.  No experience is necessary, just a desire to learn the basic tax law applicable to low-income families and the time to help out about four hours per week. 

The Lowell site is located at Flat River Outreach Ministries, 11535 Fulton St. E Lowell.
