Volunteer Opportunity Details:
| Last updated on October 29, 2009 |
We are continuing to cut unwanted black locust trees and other woody species that are encroaching onto our native prairie remnants at Waterworks Park. We want to get as much done as we can while the weather is still mild. We will be working evenings and weekends, and some afternoons. Contact us to coordinate regarding exact times. We would love to have more help with this very rewarding work!
Please bring tough gloves and whatever handsaws, chainsaws, loppers, or other cutting tools you may have. This opportunity is sponsored by: Stewards Of The Park
We need volunteers who are free at these times
