Volunteer Opportunity Details:

We are in need of a volunteer with advanced QuickBooks experience who can assist us with our needs. We currently use QuickBooks (beginner and intermediate users) on an older computer. We have purchased a new computer with Vista, QuickBooks Pro 2009, and Microsoft Office Professional 2007. MS Office is installed. We are in need of someone to install the new QuickBooks software, transfer data from old Quickbooks to new Quickbooks (we are NOT networked. We need assistance with setting up specifics such as Fixed Assets, Inventory Items, Sales receipts, Balance sheets, etc. We basically need someone who can help us correctly set up QuickBooks to work for our NonProfit agency.

Requirements would be extensive QuickBooks training/usage. Ability to train 2 staff members on the basics (after setup is complete) would be a plus.
