WHAT WE DO
We provide strategic real estate-related services in three areas:
•We own and operate buildings
•We provide project specific planning and development services; and
•We offer real estate-related information and resource referral programs.

WHO WE SERVE
Our direct clients are primarily small to medium sized Marin-based nonprofit organizations. We also work with government agencies, foundations and real estate professionals.

The ultimate objective of all our work is to serve our community. We effect positive social change through supporting organizations that address a full spectrum of health and human service needs, environmental issues, and economic development challenges, now and for future generations.

By bringing together best practices from both the real estate and nonprofit sectors, the organizations we work with are able to serve their clients in space that is not only financially and operationally sustainable, but also mission-enhancing.
