Christmas Chairperson needed to help Glades families that may never see the joy of the holidays. These are the children of the people that grow our nations food but are still hungry. It is difficult when your household only makes an average $10,000 per year. To make matters more challenging, The Glades is the area hit hardest by unemployment. We have several clients in special situations that need your help!
We need you to lead a committee that can tackle these tasks. We need focused leadership for this cause. There is much support out there, but it takes a volunteer to make it happen.
-Network with area agencies
-Solicit organizations and businesses to sponsor our health center (prior supporters and new leads)
-Support is provided by the Volunteer Coordinator
-Makes sure a committee is organized to prepare, organize and distribute toys and holiday support
-Help with food efforts as needed
