The Basic Needs Program of the Child Abuse Prevention Center helps in the placement of abused children with relatives by providing needed household items such as, beds, food, diapers, etc. The Basic Needs Warehouse needs volunteers to help with organizing, sorting, and tracking all donations that come in.
We require volunteers over the age of 18 to fill out an application on their first day. For volunteers under the age of 18, we need a legal guardian's signature. Court appointed volunteers must bring in their court required paperwork. Volunteers should wear comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes.
