We are seeking a group of volunteers to help one time a month for a few hours with maintaining "Robin's Park" located at Center for Possibilities in Hobart. Robin's Park includes a large playground designed for children with disabilities along with several gardens, picnic area and certificate wildlife habitat area designed for our adult students. Volunteer duties would include cleaning of outdoor toys and equipment, pulling weeds, cleaning and filling sand boxes, raking leaves and assisting our students with planting flowers in the spring.
Volunteers are required to have a kind heart and a desire to make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities. No previous experience needed. Boy and Girl Scout groups welcome with adult supervision. Children under the age of 18 also welcome with adult supervision.
