Serves as course for improved driving and on going training for those 55 and older. They also help the elderly fill out taxes and promoted AARP Utah.

If you are heading South Bound on I-70 take the first exit to Richfield. If you are heading North Bound on I-70 take the second exit to Richfield. Turn into town and go straight until you come to the first traffic light and then continue straight for about .1 miles and on the left hand side of the road you will see the Sevier County Administration Building.
