Families United is Dedicated to strengthening families by providing children and youth with a safe, nurturing community environment through a continuum of services, which focuses on reunification and permenancy.

Description:
Arborvale is a Supervised Independant Living program that offers juvenile young men experiencing family and kinship disruption the opportunity to learn skills necessary for their adulthood while living in a stable environment. Arborvale provides basic life skills, community based education opportunities through public school and GED providers in addition to the opportunity to earn their drivers license, and learn vocational/trade skills. We also provide residents with the opportunity to participate in community service, cultural activities, and other social venues that assist youth in developing into well rounded adults.

History:
"Families United Network" is a non-profit that has provided foster care in Pennsylvania for approximately 25 years. In addition to foster services we have also offered residential to juvenile young women at our program in Muncy PA. The Arborvale program, opened seven years ago, and has served its community by providing residential, educational, and vocational opportunities to juveniles and young men.
