Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Volunteers who are 55+ work one-on-one or in small groups with Elementary School children. The volunteers tutor the students in reading, math and spelling. Scheduling is flexible and the service opportunity is very rewarding. We work with many schools in Lancaster and Lebanon Counties. This volunteer opportunity can be done in as little as 1 day a week.

child abuse clearance forms and a criminal background check must be done, as the public schools require this. RSVP pays for and submits these checks as a benefit for our volunteers.
