<description>Lancaster General&#39;s new program, Trained Listening Community (TLC), provides volunteers to help alleviate the stress of patients undergoing cancer treatment and renal dialysis.  Volunteers sit with  the patients and provide an opportunity for them to voice their concerns about their illness.  Upcoming  training sessions will teach listening skills and much more.</description>
