Family Answers is private, not-for-profit charitable organization governed by a volunteer board of directors. Our main corporate office is at 411 Walnut Street, Allentown, PA 18102.

In October of 2005, Family & Counseling Services of the Lehigh Valley officially changed its name to Family Answers, adding the tagline "Solutions for Generations." This change not only reflects our commitment to providing quality programs that promote healthy families in all forms and support individuals of all ages, but also hints of our 100+ years of service to the communities of the Lehigh Valley.
