Volunteer Center of the Lehigh Valley

We are a Lehigh Valley based network focused on making a difference in the lives of children diagnosed with cancer and their families through ongoing programming, support and resources enabling children to LIVE.

Description:
We host support group sessions for children and families, host ongoing monthly events geared at keeping families connected during a diagnosis and forward and offer specialized workshops to assist with dissemination of information, help with educational needs and more.

We are a hand-on service organization making sure the journey of a child with cancer and their families includes as many opportunities for normal healthy development and socialization as possible.

Monthly events are held at various locations throughout the Lehigh Valley and we need volunteers to help children with a variety of activities and projects. We also offer programs at our support groups throughout the year where we need volunteers to help with our children's program.

Also, we have 3 special events ongoing throughout the year that are larger special day events which a variety of jobs are available.
