Description:
Center for Humanistic Change is a community based organization that provides a number of prevention services as well as serves as the lead partner to the Community School model at Lincoln Elementary School in Bethlehem.
Our Community School is both a place and a set of partnerships between the school and other community resources. It is an integrated focus on academics, health, social services, youth and community development, and community engagement. A community School leads to improved students learning, stronger families, and healthier communities.
