Our mission is to be a community with heart that offers individualized care and excellent service(CHOICES) for Lehigh County residents. Our focus is to make a positive difference in the life of each resident and to help them attain their highest quality of life.

Description:
Individualized care plans address residents' medical, physical, psycho-social, emotional, and nutritional needs. Volunteers play an integral part in enhancing the lives of our residents by helping to transport to inhouse programs and appointments, do one-on-one visits, and assist with on unit activities. Although we have a strong volunteer base, more volunteers are always needed and welcome.
