To provide comprehensive inpatient mental health services to adults of the Lehigh Valley who require extended psychiatric care. We will provide an opportunity for growth and recovery.

Description:
Allentown State Hospital is the largest inpatient mental hospital in the area. We cover Lehigh, Northampton, Carbon, Monroe and Pike counties. If you are a psych student, social work student or are genuinely interested in interacting with the patients in a recreation environment or would consider doing minor paper work, we can provide that opportunity.
