Second Sight Thrift Shop

Volunteers will help sort and display donated clothing, accessories, jewelry for men and women and fabrics and notions. The proceeds from the thrift shop support programs and services such as our Eye Care Clinic targeted to low income families and working poor families and our free vision screenings for young children. Did you know that 90% of what a child learns comes through the visual system? Then imagine how important it is to make sure that children have access to free vision screenings to detect problems and to an eye care clinic which can provide low cost or free eye examinations and eye glasses. Volunteers will be trained by the shop manager. This opportunity is sponsored by: Visual Impairment & Blindness Services Volunteers will work with the following groups
