Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Activity Assistants help the Activity staff transport and engage residents in activities. Activities in nursing homes are the difference between existing, and living. Activities keep residents physically moving, anticipating each new day, and help keep their minds sharp. Volunteers make the difference in out resident's lives.

To become an activity assistant you must enjoy doing things with senior citizens. The flexibility and versatility are plus for this volunteer position.
