Volunteer Opportunity Details:

I-LEAD seeks assistance with several of its workforce development and training initiatives focused on the health care and education fields. A community based organization, I-LEAD connects community members to training opportunities in growing career areas and needs support to:
conduct community outreach
provide coordination support for training program involving several partners
follow-up with alumni to document success
communication support with project partners

We seek committed volunteers who are able to jump right into significant support roles. Individuals who are able to initiate, have solid organizational skills, entrepreneurial, and dedicated to making a difference in the Greater Reading community are welcome. Access to transportation (we deliver programs in several locations) and bilingual (Spanish) are assets, but not requirements.
