Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Be a part of NOVA's Biggest Special Event Fundraiser. The Galaxy Art Show and Sale is held every fall and all funds go to support the programs and services NOVA provides to victims of crime in Bucks County. The Art Show and Sale features the work of Bucks County artists--painters, sculptors, woodworkers, jewelers,and more -and takes place at the Rotunda of the Bucks County Courthouse in Doylestown on November 6, 7, 8, and 9, 2009. The Galaxy Committee is hard at work and help is needed in many areas-from publicity, to program book, gallery set-up, artist check-in and sales. This is a fun event and supports a great cause. Teens ages 15 and up are welcome and your congregation, community group or club may find this event to be a great group activity.

Teens ages 15 and up are welcome. Volunteers are needed with Gallery Set-up during the evenings of NOV. 2, 3, 4 and for break down on Nov. 8th. Some heavy lifting may be required.
Volunteers are also needed to staff sales and raffle tables and to assist during Gallery hours(day and evening) on Nov. 5,6,7,8.
Volunteers with skills in the area of marketing, special events and food service are needed to assist with on-going committee tasks beginning in August 2009.
