Cape Ann Habitat for Humanity is nonprofit, Christian housing ministry dedicated to eliminating poverty housing and homelessness from the world. We are committed to making decent shelter a matter of conscience and action.

Description:
Cape Ann Habitat for Humanity serves the towns of Gloucester, Rockport, Manchester, Essex, Ipswich, Wenham, Hamilton and Rowley. We rely solely on volunteers to perform all functions of our organization from building homes to raising funds to administrative tasks. We are governed by a Board of Directors who participate actively in the day-to-day running of the organization.

History:
Cape Ann Habitat for Humanity was accepted as an affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International in 2001. As of 2006 we have completed 3 houses in Ipswich.
