The LARE division is licensed as a private Business and Trade School by the Massachusetts Department of Education Proprietary School Division. Occupational areas of training include: Medical Assisting, Medical Billing-Coding, Microsoft Office Applications, and Electronic Assembly, Soldering and Inspection. History:
American Training is the premier agency of its kind in the northeast section of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. We have been providing specialized and customized vocational and educational services for twenty nine (29) years to the most diverse targeted population groups than other similar company in our areas. These targeted groups include people with a wide range of challenges (developmental disability, mental, illness, lack of marketable skills)to successful employment and personal growth. this kind of diversity makes us more cognizant of the unique needs of targeted population and requires us to mold our serves around each group in order to ensure the highest level of satisfaction which we maintain year after year.

American Training's LARE Training Center is recognized for its unparalleled performance in the areas of service to Youth, Youth-at Risk, Young Parents and Adult Education and Technical Training. LARE's achievements have included precedent setting recognition as Contractor of the Year by the Merrimack Valley Workforce Investment Board for ten (10) consecutive years; a National Presidential Finalist through the United States Department of Labor Workforce Training Programs and individual honor to particular Colleagues for outstanding contributions to the field of workforce development.
