History:
Alternatives has been in existence for 30 years. It has grown from a three -program agency serving just 26 people with 15 employees to a 45 program agency with a $21 million dollar budget and a staff of 450 dedicated professional serving about 550 people.
We have grown from our founding in Uxbridge to providing services throughout the Blackstone Valley as well as in Greater Worcester,Greater Milford, Fitchburg/ Leominster, and Wrentham/ Plainville areas. We are now offering unparalleled variety of services to people with developmental and/or psychiatric disabilities.
