ACCESS Health, the Healthy Maine Partnership for Sagadahoc County, Brunswick, and Harpswell, is a coalition of community members working to prevent tobacco related disease and substance abuse.

Description:
The mission of ACCESS Health is to work with community partners to contribute to the health and well being of our communities by addressing the required Ten Essential Public Health Services. The emphasis of coalition activities is on tobacco prevention, cessation, and reduction of secondhand smoke; physical activity; healthy eating; chronic disease management; and substance abuse prevention

History:
ACCESS Health has a 14-year history in the Bath/Brunswick area. ACCESS originally referred to A Community Coalition to End Student Smoking.
