The Senior Companion program assists older adults to maximize, maintain, or regain their independence.
Description:
Our volunteers spend 15+ hours a week visiting senior adults to involve them in fun, educational, and companionable activities to improve quality of life. Volunteers do not perform activities usually done by doctors, nurses, therapists, or other medical professionals or provide personal care.

| Heading south on Rte 1, you cross the bridge and come to the light for Market Square. Go straight. At the next intersection (a T) turn left. Go straight through the next light. The Cooperative Extension office is on the right in the old courthouse building. |
