Nursing & Home Care is a Medicare-certified, state-licensed home health care agency bringing professional health care services to the homes of those in need. Visiting professionals include skilled nurses, home health aides; physical, occupational and speech therapists; live-in help, shoppers, dietitians, companions, peer counselors, homemakers, medical social workers, a pre-hospice team, case managers and caregivers providing respite services. With the expertise of many services to support them, patients and their families often have positive outcomes and brighter outlooks.

History:
For more than 75 years, Nursing & Home Care, a partner with Mid-Fairfield Hospice, has served individuals and families in the heart of Fairfield County. We are affiliated with many Norwalk Hospital doctors who feel very comfortable placing their patients in our care. Our staff works diligently to enable patients to regain their confidence and physical independence.
