Our mission is to provide Hope, Opportunity and Choice, with work as the means through which people with disabilities and other barriers to employment can more fully participate in the mainstream of life.
Description:
We provide vocational rehabilitation and employment services to individuals with mental, emotional, physical and economic challenges. In doing so, we also provide an able workforce to businesses. We offer evaluation, training, placement and support services to the disabled, the homeless and those receiving qualifying government aid. Our commercial services include document destruction, news broadcast duplication and the ability to run departments such as mail-rooms or custodial crews. We are funded by earned production revenue, fees for service and grants or donations.
History:
Bayaud Enterprises (formerly known as Bayaud Industries)was established in 1969 as a community-based organization to provide job training, employment services and vocational rehabilitation to people with disabilities. It has since grown and collaborated to promote the health and wellness of individuals, families and the community.
