The Children's Home

The Children's Home is a full-service Christian treatment center, providing residential treatment, special education, and outpatient therapy services for struggling children and their families.

Description:
The Children's Home is a residential, special education school, and outpatient treatment center for more than 150 children and families. We are located on a picturesque 55 acre campus in Cromwell, CT. The Children's Home provides boys and girls ages 8 to 18, with a home-like atmosphere in a therapeutic environment in which they receive individual, group, and family treatment. Specific plans are designed to address each child's emotional, physical, social, behavioral, and spiritual needs.

History:
Since 1900, The Children's Home has been caring for children in need. Starting as an orphanage, and later becoming a residential treatment center. Under the auspices of the Evangelical Covenant Church since its inception, the Home services children of all faiths and is committed to their personal development.
