Description:
Seasons Hospice is currently seeking volunteers! We have patients and families throughout Boston. We also have patients and families that need volunteers in the North and South Shores of Boston. Examples of towns include but are not limited to: Abington, Brockton, Quincy, Marblehead, and Peabody. Seasons Hospice is a community-based organization with an ongoing mission to find creative solutions that add quality to end-of-life care.
The caregivers at Seasons Hospice hold steadfast to the patient/family focus of hospice care. We recognize that individuals and families are the experts in their own care, and we continuously strive for excellence beyond accepted standards.
All Volunteers receive a 16-20 hour training followed by support through Seasons staff. We encourage volunteers to let us know if you have a special interest such as music, pet therapy, Reiki, or sitting vigil with patients.

History:
Seasons Hospice is a privately owned agency which began 10 years ago in the Chicago area. Since its inception, the company has grown to include offices in Arizona, Texas, Michigan, Wisconsin, Maryland, Delaware, and most recently, Massachusetts. The Massachusetts office is seeking direct patient care Volunteers!
