Key Responsibilities: Work as a general office clerk, utilizing office skills such as filing, word processing and other general needs. Assisting with basic office maintenance as needed. Update database entries as needed. Assist department staff with paperwork. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Interest in people and the ability to work well with volunteers and paid staff. Accurate typing and spelling skills. Basic computer skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge and competency of basic office equipment. Ability to provide quality customer service. Knowledge of general office protocol, procedures and equipment. Professional appearance and manner. Bi-lingual Spanish/English a plus. Training: Orientation to the American Red Cross On the job training as necessary.
