Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the cleanliness of chapter vehicles.
Ensure vehicle safety equipment is up-to-date and complete (includes fire extinguishers, accident reporting forms, etc.)
Maintain current maintenance records.
Ensure vehicle records (registration, insurance, etc.) are up-to-date and complete.
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Interest in people and the ability to work well with volunteers and paid staff.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to provide quality customer service.
Mechanical abilities/automotive expertise a plus.
Bi-lingual Spanish/English a plus.
Training:

Orientation to the American Red Cross.
Orientation to Chapter vehicles, vehicle safety and driving safety.
On the job training as necessary.
