Big Brothers Big Sisters and United Way will be hosting a one day event Saturday, April 26th, 11 AM to 2 PM at Waller Park in Santa Maria. Bring a little magic into the life of a child by being a 'Big For a Day' and see what fun it can be to be a Big Brother or a Big Sister. This event is a fun few hours in the park for ULA participants to play games, frisbee golf, basketball, football, volleyball, feed the ducks, float boats, or just hang out talking one-on-one with a child, ages 7-17 who is on the wait list for a Big Brother or a Big Sister.

It's simple. Do fun things that you might normally do but with a child. This is just a one-time opportunity for employees of the United Launch Alliance to become acquainted with the Big Brothers Big Sisters program.

Please feel free to bring along sports balls, "rocket science" stuff such as water bottle launchers and the like.
