Description:
Hospice Touch provides end of life care for individuals with a limited life expectancy. A team of professionals and volunteers provide care wherever the patient calls home. The patient and their family are considered the unit of care. Emotional support education on care needs and caregiver relief are provided to family caregivers. Hospice Touch employees and managers support one another in our work.

History:
Hospice Touch is five years old. We are a Medicare Certified Hospice Agency providing care throughout Orange County and the Greater Long Beach area. We have a dedicated team of nurses, certified home health aides, chaplains, social workers and volunteers who work together to provide the best care possible for our patients.
