Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Hospice Touch is looking for Volunteers interested in providing clerical support for our Volunteer Services Manager as well as other departments in a busy Hospice Office. This is a way to help terminally ill patients behind the scenes - if you aren't really comfortable making patient visits. Several of our office volunteers have gone on to train and become patient care volunteers, making friendly visits to those with a limited life expectancy.
This is a great opportunity for students to earn community service hours after school.

Volunteers will learn about the basics of Hospice Care, the importance of Confidentiality. The best candidates will be consistent, volunteering at least once a week when able, have basic office skills, and be able to handle confidentiality.
